My Mission
My mission is to help busy runners train smarter, stay consistent, and race stronger with structured coaching that fits real life and prevents burnout.
My Journey
My athletic journey began at age four, spending summers pole vaulting at my grandfather’s camps. By my senior year of high school, I was ranked 11th in Pennsylvania, and I carried that love of sport into the next chapter of my life. After college, I ran my first 10K in Cleveland. The energy of the city, the music, and watching thousands of people come together to achieve something meaningful for their physical and mental health was eye-opening. I was hooked.

Over the next three years, I raced everything from 5Ks to ultramarathons, triathlons, and adventure races. Along the way I struggled with consistency, burnout, and injuries, but my passion for running never faded. Through planning, heart-rate–based training, and intentional workouts, I learned how to train smarter and balance racing with real life.

While building my career as a contractor and property manager, I also coached pole vaulting in the evenings. It was there I discovered another passion: helping others reach their athletic potential. To deepen my knowledge and ability to coach, I earned my Personal Training Certification through ISSA, which allows me to combine both practical experience and professional training expertise. Today, I bring both my personal experience and coaching background together to guide runners toward their own breakthroughs. If you’ve struggled with time, motivation, or setbacks, I can help you train with structure, avoid burnout, and achieve your running goals.
